We are a community who work together to bring education to one single place in Sri Lanka. Our motive is to connect everything about education into one platform.
Yes, certainly you can. Simply fill out the relevant online form in ‘Join Us’ page if you are a teacher, class, institute, school or any other establishment that relates to education.
We would love to have you. Fill out the simple application form available at KlassHub.lk and other contact forms. We will be in touch with you thereafter.
‘KlassHub.lk’ is our main website where we share everything we come across that relates to education. ‘My KlassHub’ is where you get information on teachers, schools, institutes… etc. Anyone who is registered will have their own profile with Us.
The data you enter will be kept securely in our data base and Content Delivery Network. We will not share any of them with any party. We will only be using them to offer you a better service.
We do not save your username and password. You can login via your Google account or your Facebook account and we do not get access to your sensitive information. In the event of a password change, we will only be able to issue a random password for you, where you will have to change it upon login.
It’s simple. You can login to your account and do it yourself. If not, you can request us to do so and we will be glad to assist you with.
Yes. Any person or a well-wisher can create a listing. It works like Wikipedia. For example, a student can create a listing for his / her school for the loyalty or on behalf of a teacher in order to raise awareness as a gratitude. However, we try our level best to inform the correct owner, whenever we find that a 3rd party has created a listing. The owner has the right to raise a dispute and claim it. Until then, the listing will remain live in our data base.
You do not have to worry. Calm down and inform us along with proof of ownership. We will check your claim and assign it you. Further, we will inform the other party as well.
We hate to see you leaving. But unfortunately, we are bound to act upon your request. Therefore, if you request us to do so, we will delete your profile and your details from our system. But, please try and contact us to see where we can fix your mind.
Good question. Certainly you can. We give you the opportunity to promote your profile on KlassHub. If you are an organization, we will work closely with you to tailor make a promotional campaign, just for you. Our motive is to offer you the best so that you will receive the maximum mileage for your investment.
We would love to have you with us. Simply inform us and we will get in touch with you. You will receive free marketing for your content on all our platforms. Your content will also act as an online portfolio for yourself.
How to fill your profile

01. | Title | Select the most suitable title in which you would want to appear along with your name. This gives the initial look into / recognition to your profile. |
02. | Name | Enter the name you prefer to appear in your profile. You may use your full name or a preferred name. However, make sure that you use the name known to others so that the users may find you easily. |
03. | Qualifications | Enter a list of qualification you have acquired for yourself. This provides credibility to your profile. |
04. | Description | Enter a description you would want to appear along with your profile. It could be a brief description or a broad one, depending on your desire. Make sure that you provide them with all necessary information that the interested viewer may like to know. |
05. | Medium | Enter the main languages in which you conduct your lectures / teachings. |
06. | Subject | Select the subjects or subject areas in which you teach, from the list available. You may choose any amount of subjects from the options. If you cannot find your subject area, do inform us and we will look into your request. |
07. | Student Level / Type | Select the level of students which you teach. It includes their grades, years or level of qualification. |
08. | Facilities | Select the facilities which you offer or you may offer, from the available list. If you cannot find the facilities you offer, do inform us and we will look into your request. |
09. | Classes you visit | You surely are teaching at a class / group class… etc. Select the classes in which you visit from the available list. Please note that this does not apply for Higher Educational Lecturers such as University lecturers… etc. If you cannot find your class, you may add a class by yourself or inform us and we will look into your request. |
10. | Other places | This section applies for Higher Educational Institute lecturers such as University Lecturers. Enter a list of Higher Educational Institutes in which you visit. |
11. | Location | If you would like your viewers to find where you are located, you may give the details. We suggest you to enter the name of the city in which you are based. However, you could enter more specific location information by finding the coordinates through Google Maps. |
12. | Province / District | Select the districts and provinces in which you are available, from the drop down menu |
13. | Contact Email | Enter the email address in which you want to be contacted. This is a required field. |
14. | Phone number | Enter the telephone number to be displayed. It is recommended that you enter a working telephone number, enabling the viewers to contact you with ease. |
15. | Video URL | If you have an uploaded video on YouTube or elsewhere, please do enter the full link of it. The video will be displayed in your profile. Profiles with videos are better accepted by the viewers. |
16. | Website URL | If you have a personal website or a blog, enter the full link here. |
17. | Social Networks | Enter the links of your Social Network profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube… Etc. |
18. | Facebook Page ID | If you have a Facebook Page, enter the page ID or the name. This will automatically show your newsfeed in the profile. |
19. | Twitter ID | If you have a Twitter profile, under your user ID or your profile name. This will automatically show your Twitter updates in the profile. |
20. | Profile picture | Add a recent, clear picture of yourself so that the viewers will identify you easier. |

08. | Student age groups / Levels | Select the level of students in which you teach. It includes their levels such as O/L, A/L… etc. |
09. | Subjects | Select the subjects or subject areas in which your institute provides education, from the list available. You may choose any amount of subjects from the options. If you cannot find a subject area, do inform us and we will look into your request. |
10. | Related tutors | Select the lecturers available in your class from the available list. If you cannot find the name of your tutor, you may add a lecturer by yourself or inform us and we will look into your request. |
11. | Other teachers | If you cannot find a profile of the teacher, do enter the list of lecturers here in bulk. |
12. | Achievements | Enter a list of achievements of your class such as best results, island ranking, awards… etc. |
13. | Facilities | Select the facilities which you offer or you may offer, from the available list. If you cannot find the facilities you offer, do inform us and we will look into your request. |
14. | Location | If you would like your viewers to find where you are located, you may give the details. We suggest you to enter the name of the city in which you are based. However, you could enter more specific location information by finding the coordinates through Google Maps. |
15. | Address | Enter the registered / mailing address of your class. |
16. | Province / District | Select the district and province in which your class is located, from the drop down menu. If you have branches of your class, do open individual classes for each and every location. This will show all your classes in the map as individual places. |
